Our Elite VIP and VVIP service is available in Hong Kong International Airport
HKG ELITE VIP Arrival (with private vehicle and/or electric buggy from airplane to a VIP facility)
– We will greet you at the air-bridge.
– We will walk or take a buggy to the lift and use it to descend to the ground floor and the tarmac-apron
– We will drive you in a private vehicle across the tarmac-apron to the private Elite VIP facility’s lounge
– We process your immigration, quarantine, and customs while you wait in the Elite VIP private lounge
– For an additional charge you can hire a totally private suite room for your sole and exclusive use
– We will call your driver to the door, load your bags and bid you farewell
HKG ELITE VIP Departure (with private vehicle and/or electric buggy from VIP Facility to the airplane); not available for Aeroflot and a few other Departures
– Your driver will take you to and drop you at the VIP facility drop off area and entrance, (not in the main terminal)
– We will greet you at the private terminal zone door when your vehicle pulls up
– We move baggage, check you in and get your passport stamped while you wait in the private facility
– We process your immigration, check in, and any customs clearances while you wait in the Elite VIP private lounge
– For an additional charge you can hire a totally private suite room for your sole and exclusive use
– We will provide a private vehicle to your gate at boarding time for departure
Our Elite VIP service guarantees the complete privacy of passengers when they enter and exit the airport, by providing them with private terminal drop off and pick up with porters to assist passengers and their bags to the facility entrance away from the regular arrival and departure areas.
